Indications
: |
- Pranacare is an Ayurvedic herbal supplement for respiratory
system.
- Adhatoda vasika acts on the respiratory system by increasing
the blood flow. Vasicin the active principle of Adhatoda
vasika liquefies the sputum, which gets expectorated and
facilitates respiration.
- Balsamodendron myrrha acts on the mucous membrane and
plays a great role in the elimination of sputum.
- Coleus aromaticus is a Bronchodilator and bacteriostatic
and is effective in cough and dyspnoea. Due to antispasmodic
action, it relaxes the bronchial muscles and relieves bronchospasm.
- Ocimum sanctum has antibacterial, expectorant and immuno–modulatory
actions.
- Piper betle acts as an expectorant.
- Tylophora asthmatica relieves bouts of cough. Tylorin
a bitter principle is evaluated for its anti-asthmatic property.
- Piper longum has bioavailability enhancing properties.
Piperine the active principle is an antibacterial and also
enhances the benefits of various herbs in the formulation.

Dosage : |
One capsule thrice daily for the first month, 2 capsules thrice
daily for second month and one capsule thrice daily for third
month. Before the onset of the monsoon / winter season one course
of supplementation will help in preventing respiratory discomfort. |
