Adults: 5 tablets (1250mg) to be given as a single oral dose P.vivax and P.falciparum Malaria. Prophylaxis: 1 tablet (250mg) once weekly for 4 weeks followed by 1 tablet every alternate week.
Children: Safety and effectivenss in children has not been established. If necessary, 20-30mg per kg body weight can be given.
